Terms of engagement
These terms apply when you enquire about or commission warehouse slotting studies, inventory movement reviews, pick-path walkthroughs, seasonal re-slotting programmes, or new-facility slotting plans from System Anchorgrid.
System Anchorgrid of 58 North Road, Nereabolls, PA48 7SH, United Kingdom (“we”) provides professional warehouse visits and written location recommendations. By submitting an enquiry or accepting a quote you agree to these terms.
Quotes and formation
Figures on the rates page are informational. A contract is formed when we send a written quote and you accept it in writing, including email. Site dates are not reserved until any stated deposit is received.
Your responsibilities
You must provide safe access, a host, accurate extracts so far as you are able, and site rules. You remain responsible for your labour, racking, MHE, and any location changes you implement. Recommendations are advice; they are not an instruction to breach health and safety law.
Intellectual property
The slotting map and notes produced for your site are licensed to you for use in that warehouse. We retain copyright in our methods, templates, and field notes published on this website. You may not copy our public articles as if they were your own operational manuals.
Liability
We are not liable for loss of profit, missed service-level penalties, or labour costs arising from how you implement (or decline to implement) a recommendation. Our aggregate liability for a commissioned study is limited to the fees paid for that study, except where liability cannot be limited under United Kingdom law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer habitually resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may rely on mandatory protections of that jurisdiction. Courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those consumer protections.
